On Tuesday 2/23 Grades K-3 met an Australian Kookaburra, an African Crested Porcupine, a Eurasian Eagle Owl, and an albino Burmese Python!
On Thursday 2/25 Grades 4-7 met an Australian Kookaburra, a Vervet Monkey, a Eurasian Eagle Owl, and a green Burmese Python!
Students were all smiles at the joyful 'laugh' of the Kookaburra and the playful attitude of the monkey with his stuffed gorilla. Several students were successful (when asked) in mimicking the song of the kookaburra and having it respond.
