Youngsville Academy is one of the only public/charter schools in the State of North Carolina that has offered full-day, in-class education for the entire 2020-2021 school year; our faculty and staff recognize the importance of having kids in class.
We are seeking smart, highly-motivated educators who are passionate about the subjects they teach.

Requirements
Required:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Classroom experience
• Exemplary classroom management skills
• Exemplary ability to engage students and foster a love of learning
• High energy and enthusiasm for teaching
• Willingness to receive coaching and constructive feedback (This cannot be emphasized enough)
Preferred:
• Direct Instruction classroom experience
• Current NC Licensure (A minimum of 50% of teachers must be licensed in a Charter School)
